1)How Can I Place The Order Of The Pins Online?

There are two ways for your choice. The first one, you can purchase the pins on this website by yourself. Click the preferred category on the navigation bar, and there are details about the introduction of pins and general quotations. Then, click the interface of FREE QUOTE, you can get the specific quotation of your customized pins after selecting styles, crafts, accessories, etc. Once all of these are decided, make the order submitted and paid. The second one, you can send inquiries at Info@gs-jj.com for a free quote with your artwork and the requirements. Our team will work with you for the following order processing.

2) What Is Your Minimum Order Requirement?

There is no MOQ for your order that you can even place one piece simple order. Please contact us freely for more details on the case-by-case arrangements.

3) Can You Help Me With a Customized Pins Design If I Have No Artwork?

Of course, we can. We have a support team to draw the artwork and make the design for you with every order.

4) Do You Offer a Guarantee?

You may cancel your order and are entitled to the money-back guarantee before the production. Once the order is arranged on the production line or has been shipped out, it can’t be canceled and no refund is given. However, if there’s a defect on the pins when you receive them, please inform us with photos without delay. Once it is the case, we can re-produce the pins without charge, or we can offer you a discount based on the case situation, which is up to the severity of the product defect and the quantities. Meanwhile, we would like to declare:

* Defective product is extremely rare at pins.us. We make the guarantee to determine the finest quality and outstanding craftsmanship.

* Money back guarantee: There is no cancellation fee in the case that the payment is done by check or cash. While if you pay by credit card, there will be a cancellation fee of 5% of the sale total amount once we have already charged your card.

5) Will You Send The Artwork Or Design For Approval Before Production?

Yes, the team will send you the final artwork for approval. The production won’t be arranged until we get the confirmation for you.

6) Is There A Color Variation Compared To The Final Approved Artwork?

Unless implemented with an exclusive agreement, all colors are matched to the highest degree to the provided artwork. Since the special craftsmanship of custom pins, a large number of our products are colored or made by hand. Therefore, there will be slight discrepancies in dye processing and color lots from time to time. It depends on Pantone® matching systems formula guide for an exact color match if required from the customers. Under such a situation, an extra $15.00 will be charged. Because of the variations of monitor resolution ratio or calibration, the colors on your screen may have a difference from the colors in the Pantone guide. We match colors according to the Pantone number on the printed guide.

7) How Long Is The Lead Time Of The Production?

It ranges from one to four weeks once the artwork is approved by you, which depends on the quantities, production craftsman applied, or customized uniqueness required. You can also refer to the delivery date on the quotation page before submitting the order.

8) Do Customized Products Include Accessories, And Are Accessories Free?

When the products are produced with accessories, there will be no extra charges for those accessories. In terms of lapel pins, 1 rubber clutch and 1 military clutch are free charges. I or 2 deluxe backings, 1 or 2 Magnet backings, 1 cufflink, and 1 safety pin will be charged. Please contact us for details.

9) How Will The Pins Be Packed?

Generally, each pin will be packed in an individual polybag, which is free. You can also have other choices including velour pouch, plastic box, velour box.

10) How Are The Pins Orders Shipped?

All parcels are shipped via FedEx. There’s no extra shipping fee for the pins parcels to the continental USA and Canada. Please contact the customer service team for the shipping fees if the parcels are shipped outside of the USA and Canada.

11) Is It Possible To Engrave The Logo On The Products?

Of course. The metal pins can be engraved with your logos. Please contact our team for detailed communication.

12) What’re The Payment Terms?
